Originally I planned to buy a house early next year, but after speaking to a financial advisor, I was encouraged not to.

So during the year of 2009, to be better prepared for purchasing a home, I will hold myself responsible for accomplishing these goals:

1. Pay of all CC debt, which isn't much.. - and pay cash for everything from here on out, OR pay off CC balance each month.
2. Focus on saving for a downpayment on a house
3. Reduce unneccesary costs, and contribute more to EF.
